Bushranger bounties

 

Stage 3 students at Penrith Public School would like to share our great newspaper clippings about their "most notorious" or "most dangerous" Australian bushrangers. We used a blog (Gold Quest) to correspond with students at Caddies Creek Public School. Our articles were created with The Newspaper Clipping Generator.

 

On the site, you just type in a banner title and date for your newspaper, then write and proofread an article that explains why the public need to be wary of your chosen notorious bushranger. We signed our names as the reporters, and clicked on the link that creates the clipping. (Because colonial newspapers were not able to easily reproduce photos - and many bushrangers were understandably camera shy - a text-based physical description is more helpful to people reading the article.)
